This is just a part of it but I've been in the customer support field for quite some time now – currently on my 13th year. From being a support agent to managing teams, in big corporations or scrappy startups, supporting everything from software to hardware, paid apps or free, I've found that customer support is fascinating.
Raised in Prague and Oslo, now also a CEO to my family in the Bay Area.
